I diare Seaman & card
Since last I wrote to you I have been very ill, and am only just now recovering. I have little strength & cannot get about. I go out for an hour's slow hobble every day. Anyway, thank God, I am making me, if slow, proper.
Here it is not for my illness I should have written to you at Christmas, to thank you for that very handsome card, & also to wish you all the blessings of that holy time.
I am wondering if you have now got back from the printers the photographs which I loaned you for my article in
the last C. A. — I am particularly aware to have the 3 glazed ones which illustrated the my article, as these are irreplaceable. Also a friend of mine wants to borrow one of these
I would if you would like me to send another article for the next edition of C A. I could not tackle it at the moment, as I am not fit for a great deal of work, & my illness has left me with serious arsenal, which I am now trying to overtake
