My dear Dr Henebry,
I ought to have written long ago to thank you for that delightful day that I spent with you. I often think of it with the utmost pleasure and gratitude.
We have been in a fearful excitement here, the more so that the English papers have just been full of William O'Brien. The Unionists are rejoicing at the prospect of using this lever to break up Irish Nationalism, and they are planning, as I hear from different and most well-informed sources, to run local candidates against the Nationalists in every constituency in Ireland, so as to break their resources, even if they cannot get their men in. This use of wealth seems to me about on a par with the bribery for the Union, but I cannot make anyone see that it is shabby. All is allowed in politics and it is said that it can be well hidden where the money comes from.

I must apologise for not answering Sooner. I stand was laid up with a Gold. Dr Hackett attended me and she always told me I never had Bright. I is ease. Still she told I for on shiping I had acute Bright I is ease and its severally known I had. I myself don't believe but Dr Hackett was deceived in me. she was treating me for 12 months after the had attack and I found I was very sickly and let weaker. I went to Cork and was recommended there to go to Dr Botter. I met Dr Botter and she told me I never had Bright disease. she then treated me different from Dr Hackett I was treated by shin for about 9 months when she told me I was fully cured one.

I never told Dr Hackett I went to Dr Botter and I was constantly visiting Dr Hackett. she and too but took none of his medicine she treatment and openings of the 2 Doctors was altogether different. Last September I went on a small spree and I did not feel well after. I went to Dr Hackett and she said I had a slight touch of the same I is ease back again. I sent the stack same specimen to Dr Botter and went to Cork in a few days after. Dr Botter said I shot it was only a temperary is arrangement of the. Kidneys. Dr Hackett tells everyone what a food case she made of me and that

I am told all Bowers is very food I believe hi erbs I also believe she old woman in the County 50 years aft cured cure all these diseases with erbs
