Dear Reverend Father:
In accordance with the wish of our Holy Father I request that a special collection be taken up at all the Masses on the First Sunday of Advent, November 28th, for the needs of our Catholic University at Washington.
It is hardly necessary for me to urge upon you the need of our co-operation with the Catholic University. Today there is need, more than ever, of constructive work throughout the country, and in order to impress upon the citizens of the United States our stand for the highest ideals of Church and of State, we must have educated men and women.
Will you, dear Reverend Father, put the cause of the University before your people and ask them for a generous offering this year. Kindly forward your collection promptly to the Chancery Office.

Monterey Boulevard to San Anselmo Avenue; along San Anselmo Avenue to junction of San Andreas Avenue; thence in a straight line up the hill.
Boundary lines of the new parish of Our Lady of the Angels, at Easton (or Broadway) Burlingame, are:
North: Road immediately south of the Mills residence.
South: Sanchez Avenue.
Boundary lines of new parish of St. Finbarr, San Francisco, are:
North: Crest of hill, south line of Glen Park, Bosworth Street.
South: Ocean Avenue.
