Dear Father Quinn: We are receiving inquiries from various sources in the matter of the International Eucharistic Congress to be held in Dublin. It will expedite matters if we have a Diocesan Director of the Eucharistic Congress tours. I hereby appoint you as our official representative, and all matters relating to the Congress will be hereafter referred to you. A pilgrimage to the Congress is now being organized by the Fathers of the Society of St. Columban, Nebraska. I am sure that they will be grateful to you if you will act as a promoter in behalf of their arrangements. Stay over on Liner in Dublin Bay during Congress. Return direct to New York on "DRESDEN" Monday morning., June 27, or board "DRESDEN" at Cobh same evening, or sail ANY TIME UP TO JULY 31 from Galway, Cobh or Southampton on a North German Lloyd Ship (slight extra charge for Return on SS.
