The fish chapters are well worth perusal as they set forth very clearly the synthesis of the Prewar economic status in Europe. The destruction by the war & the probable trend of future economic influences in the future. The fish sentence made into an appeal to me \"The power to become habituated to his surroundings is marked characteristic of mankind but I think that characteristic is more marked as regards environment than government.
