When I was about to leave Ireland last year, I had £50. in Bank of England Notes. During the low rate of Dollar exchange then, he and I decided that it was better for him to keep that money for me in hope of better conditions. If it would be pleasing to him now, I would like you to apply that £50 for Messes according to my intention (which I have already formed) for 200 Messes. That means a stipend of 57 each. We are glad now to get Dollar Messes and it will be difficult to get them from us. I had a windfall recently from Moss. Central to the friend, and have 294 on Land. In view of the fact that you need Messes and I need money I think this will be a satisfactory arrangement. It will be for me and I hope it will be for Dr. Provincial.Financially we are up against it here. He has been in Ukrain for past two weeks, but will be back with Bears on Monday. The American Papers carried a food account although it was brief. It was not this large events that it was a negrifiered success.
